It’s no secret that we’re all about helping businesses not only improve their customer experience (CX) through easy-to-use applications, but also be able to measure their applications’ effectiveness. Lexee – our latest from Angel Labs – is a great example of one of our solutions that embodies this entire mission.
As thrilled as we are about Lexee, we’re not done with the excitement because later this month, we’ll be demoing something very exciting at Dreamforce, Salesforce’s annual user and developer conference in San Francisco.
For years, our IVR technology has been woven into Salesforce.com to improve employee productivity as well as help easily capture information within Salesforce.com. In addition to this integration, we have introduced other exciting integrations over the years, including:
- SupportByFone – Business users gain centralized access to all support functions with a Salesforce.com screen pop, which proactively offers agents incoming call information
- Contact Center on Force.com – With Angel Contact Center on Force.com, businesses can easily create, integrate and deploy a customized call center solution and improve how their organization interacts with their end-users
- Voice for Chatter – Employees can update their Chatter feeds remotely via phone to post both a voice recording and an instant text-based transcription of the voice update, giving users hands-free access anywhere
Since the first integration with Salesforce, our goal has always been clear: help business users be more productive and improve the CX.
In conversations with our customers over the years, we’ve found that they need applications that are flexible, easy to build and are able to immediately scale across the organization. All of our integrations with Salesforce have been entirely cloud-based, which gives organizations immediate access to tools and support from Angel and Salesforce as well as the ability to quickly respond to feedback from both the end-user and the business.
