Lexee is a new self-service software development kit (SDK) solution that voice activates any mobile application. Lexee goes beyond the usual voice assistant and empowers businesses to have an actual conversation with their customers and create a more personalized customer experience (CX). But, before we tell you more about that let me tell you a little more about Lexee and why she’s so important to the Angel suite of solutions.
Lexee is a product of Angel Labs, a new division within Angel that identifies the future challenges facing customer experience and customer care professionals. Led by Ahmed Bouzid, Angel Labs explores how these challenges will impact businesses as they engage with their customer base and develops the forward-thinking solutions to help organizations address these obstacles. In addition to Lexee, Angel Labs has also produced Voice.com, which includes VoiceForFacebook, VoiceForTwitter and VoiceForChatter – Angel voice applications that allow people to voice activate their social networks and Chatter from Salesforce.com.
But what makes Lexee different?
The power of Lexee lies in a unique customer centered approach and the full suite of technologies that she leverages across the whole Angel CX Platform. Voice recognition and voice biometrics are just a couple of the many technologies which drive Lexee’s capabilities. But Lexee stands out because of two powerful differences:
- Simplicity – Lexee applications are built through a truly on-demand point-and-click web portal, using Angel’s award-winning Site Builder. When businesses work with Lexee, they don’t need coding experience and they don’t need to work with professional services for deployment. Creating, modifying and deploying conversational flows are easy, which is critical given the massive iteration required for success in the app economy.
- Analytics – Every Lexee conversational step is measured out-of–the-box due to the tight, cloud based deployment of Angel’s best-in-class business intelligence analytics. With Lexee, enterprises gain a deep understanding of user interactions, transactions and where to improve—essential to creating useful and usable applications.
But don’t take our word for it. In addition to great feedback from the SpeechTEK floor, read about how others are talking about Lexee:
- According to GigaOM: “Lexee is just another sign of how our future will be filled with voice-enabled personal assistants.”
- Dan Miller from Opus Research said: “MicroStrategy’s Angel division has upped the ante in the speech-enabled mobile assistant domain by introducing Lexee.”
We have so much more in store for Lexee in the coming months – you won’t believe what she can do. Stay tuned and we’ll show you what she’s capable of!
